Getting started is simple. Visit our website and click “Contact Us” or “Book a Consultation.” You’ll complete a short form, after which our team will schedule an introduction call to understand your portfolio, objectives, and determine whether PriceAdvize is the right fit for you.
We do not offer free trials. However, for large portfolios, we may run a pilot on a subset of listings. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and discussed during the introduction call.
PriceAdvize combines data-driven pricing with strategic listing optimization. We analyze market demand, competitor performance, booking pace, and listing quality to improve both visibility and conversion, resulting in more bookings and higher revenue.
Most of our clients manage 30+ listings. If your portfolio is fast-growing and you manage at least 20 listings, we’re happy to review your case. For portfolios below 20 units, we typically work on a consulting basis rather than a subscription.
We use professional dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or RoomPriceGenie. Pricing decisions are based on your location, property characteristics, seasonality, events, booking pace, and market benchmarks. Rates are adjusted continuously to stay competitive across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
We are a PriceLabs partner and generally prefer working with this tool. If you already use another pricing solution, this can be discussed during onboarding to assess compatibility.
Lower prices at specific moments can increase occupancy and improve listing visibility on OTAs. Higher occupancy combined with better ranking often leads to higher annual revenue, even if some nightly rates are lower. Our strategy focuses on total revenue, not isolated nights.

A contract is not mandatory, but preferred. We believe in earning long-term relationships through results rather than locking clients in contractually.
Pricing depends on the number of listings you manage. We use a tiered pricing model, where the per-listing fee decreases as your portfolio grows. An onboarding fee is usually charged during the first two months.
The onboarding phase requires significant upfront work: reviewing listings, updating content, aligning pricing logic, and building a tailored revenue strategy. The onboarding fee ensures your portfolio is prioritized and receives focused attention during this critical phase.
